sorry but i didnt understand these steps:

4. Copy a corresponding file XXXXX.OZT or XXXXXX.OZJ from the antilag patch and
rename the copies to the files you have written down.
5. Apply the new "hacked" files into your client and start MU and look for results

it means that you copy a .ozj or .ozt file from the current antilag patch
and rename it to the files you wrote up that looks like laggy effects
then copy the renamed file into your client
